To schedule your exam at Kenwood Medical Imaging, please call 513-686-8000.
Same day, evening and Saturday appointments are available.

Hours
Monday - Friday:	7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday:	7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday:	Closed

Patient Forms

When you arrive, you will be asked to complete an MRI Screening Form and a Medical Release Form. We'll also inform you of our Privacy Practices.

You may print and complete these forms and bring them with you to your appointment.

Billing and Insurance
We participate in most insurance plans including Medicare and Workers Compensation. Please bring your insurance card and prescription with you to your visit. Most exams require pre-certification, which will be completed prior to your visit.
